TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires full range of body motion to include: frequent lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting, reaching and working overhead. The job is fast paced and the ability to deal with stress is essential. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: The work environment is an indoor manufacturing facility where employees are regularly exposed to loud and prolonged noise. This noise is constant and includes sounds from machinery and overhead cranes, as well as frequent, extremely loud clanging caused by metal tubing colliding during processing. To ensure safety, employees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which includes noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and leather steel-toed work shoes or boots. Employees work ten-hour shifts and experience regular exposure to hot temperatures ranging from 95°F to 110°F during the summer. This heat is due to both the outside temperature and the heat generated by processes within the facility.
