What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled, computer-controlled, and servo-controlled equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical controls, VFDs, sensors, and motor systems
Perform mechanical maintenance on conveyors, pumps, valves, pneumatics, gearboxes, and drive systems
Utilize industrial tools and oscilloscopes for equipment repairs
Support Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with new equipment installations and system upgrades
Ensure safety compliance with policies like lockout/tagout (LOTO) and confined space entry
Work with OEM service providers to coordinate parts and service needs
Act as a technical mentor for other maintenance team members
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in automated manufacturing equipment maintenance (electrical and controls focus)
Ability to troubleshoot, configure, and program PLC systems
Strong understanding of machine cycle rates, conveyor speeds, and system timing

Responsibilities:
The Night Shift Automation Technician for our Device Assembly, and Packaging area is responsible for automated equipment performance, providing first-line support to production processes, as well as supporting area engineering initiatives, process improvements, and project implementation.
