Summary: The I&E Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of all instrumentation, electrical systems, and controls in the LNG facility. This role requires proficiency in Emerson instruments, Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in LNG operations. The technician will ensure that all instrumentation and control systems operate efficiently and reliably, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Job Duties
Instrumentation & Control Systems Maintenance:
Maintain and troubleshoot various process control systems, including Emerson instrumentation (e.g., Rosemount, Fisher), HMI, and PLCs.
Perform regular calibration, adjustment, and testing of instruments such as flow, pressure, temperature, level transmitters, and analyzers.
Troubleshoot and repair control system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to operational requirements.

Follow lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures for equipment maintenance to ensure worker safety during service and repairs.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safety culture by identifying and mitigating hazards related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
Maintenance Support:
Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) planning and execution for electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Ensure all maintenance and repairs are logged accurately, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, in the plant's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Training and Development:

Sick Leave:
Each employee earns (96) hours (12 days) of sick leave annually with no waiting period for use and unlimited accrual. Upon separation of City employment due to resignation, employee shall receive payment of all accrued sick leave at a rate of twenty-five percent (25%) of the employee's current rate of pay at time of resignation. Upon separation of employment due to retirement, employee shall receive payment of all accrued sick leave at a rate of fifty percent (50%) of the employee's current rate of pay at the time of retirement.
Sick Leave Conversion:
After completion of one (1) year of continuous, full-time employment with the City, an employee may convert their unused portion of their first six (6) days (maximum of forty-eight (48) hours) of accrued sick leave into annual leave. Conversions are subject to the following: A minimum of 96 unused sick leave hours accrued prior to hours being converted, total eligible sick leave hours to be converted shall be reduced hour-for-hour by any sick leave hours utilized during the eligible benefit period, and conversion subject to annual leave accrual cap.

Essential Job Functions
* With some to limited supervision, assists in high quality inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining of aircraft and engine systems and components on a variety of aircraft using proper tooling in a timely, clean, safe and professional manner. * With some to limited supervision, prepares various documents required by Company policy and FAA regulations. Demonstrates proficiency of Duncan Aviation work order system by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements, Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD), and compliance statements.
* Locates and uses appropriate technical data, follows verbal instructions and accepts directions from other shop personnel when accomplishing assigned maintenance tasks.
* Assists with developing and maintaining relationships with area customers, communicating with sales and marketing personnel, and monitors the company's customer database to seek and solicit aircraft/engine service opportunities. Contacts and calls on customer for aircraft, engine, and APU, or other service support work to meet established financial goals. Responds to customer requests and issues regarding aircraft and engine service work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform field and on-site laboratory tests on soil, geosynthetics, aggregates, and other materials primarily associated with landfill and/or waste containment system construction;
Monitor contractor activities on job sites to ensure compliance with relevant contract documents (e.g., technical specifications, construction drawings, sampling plans, CQA plans etc.);
Provide CQA observation and monitoring on several types of construction and/or environmental activities on enviro-civil construction sites;
