This position is for a senior service technician who is detail oriented. Responsibilities include assembling mechanical parts, reading, interpreting, and following mechanical drawings, and keeping a clean, inventoried workstation. The position will also include some field work performing preventative maintenance. Candidate also needs to be able to use basic power tools, test and calibrate parts and mechanisms, and assemble components and parts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on diesel fuel filtration equipment. Assembling mechanical components and parts. Completing quality work checks for accuracy. Identifying and documenting any component part defects. Maintaining a well-organized workstation. Customer interface while performing preventive maintenance in the field including checking components, performing maintenance on fuel systems, and changing fuel filters. Executing diesel fuel sampling in above and underground tanks following safety requirements. QUALIFICATIONS At least two years working as a mechanical technician. Good driving record. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Technical School or Associated Degree preferred. Able to regularly lift 30-50 pounds. Team focused and goal oriented.
