Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria. Who You Are Exceptional people manager and team leader: 1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams. Dual-site leadership experience preferred! Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
