Paul Hindrichs is a veteran business leader and innovator with more than 20 years of medical device experience. He has served in various management capacities during his career, including positions with several other start-up and early stage medical device companies. Prior to founding Conventus, he worked for St. Jude Medical (SJM), Vascular Science, Inc., Optical Sensors, Inc., and Schneider USA (Pfizer). Most recently, he was responsible for the Structural Heart Business and Cardiac Technologies Group at SJM. Mr. Hindrichs earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a named inventor on 20 issued and 22 pending patent applications.

Matt Jewett is a Vice President, Sports Medicine & Shoulder Reconstruction at Depuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson; Board Member at Conventus Orthopaedics Inc; and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Diabetes Care US at Roche and is based in Indianapolis Indiana Area. He has worked as Director, Business Development, Codman Neuro and DePuy Mitek Sports Medicine at DePuy Synthes Companies; Vice President, Mitek Sports Medicine & Shoulder Reconstruction, DePuy Synthes at Johnson & Johnson; and Managing Director, Finsbury Orthopaedics at DePuy Synthes Companies. Matthew attended Duke University The Fuqua School Of Business, University of Vermont between 1988 and 1992, and Fuqua School of Business between 1995 and 1997.

David Blue is an accomplished commercial executive with significant start-up experience. With over 30 years of experience in various roles, including many senior level leadership and management positions with medical device businesses, including Zimmer, Tornier and DePuy, he has also participated as an owner/partner of several orthopaedic companies. Mr. Blue received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Augustana College (Sioux Falls, SD).

John D. Feriancek is a Chief Financial Officer at Conventus Orthopaedics Inc and is based in United States.

Mr. Isenburg is Chief Financial Officer at Infraredx. He joined the company as Corporate Controller in mid-2013 and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in December 2014.
