Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Manage regional calibrations and PPE programs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in field service within the critical power industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, UPS systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, electrical licenses) are a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing high-pressure situations.
