We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Manager to lead and execute end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in an agile organization and enjoys wearing multiple hats to drive impact across the business.
In this role, you'll manage everything from supplier strategy, cost negotiations, order execution, vendor relationships and ERP setup/management. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, and the larger Operations team to ensure our high-tech products are built on time, at cost, and with quality.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, quoting, negotiating, ordering, and tracking.
Build, manage and maintain a reliable supplier base for direct and indirect materials (e.g., PCBA, mechanical parts, electronics, tooling, test equipment).
Maintain, evaluate and onboard vendors for prototyping, contract manufacturing, and production runs.
Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, order follow-up, and resolving delivery or quality issues.
Partner with Engineering on early supplier engagement during product design and development.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement supplier agreements to drive savings and efficiency.
Monitor supply chain risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies for lead times, shortages, or geopolitical risks.
Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring supplier readiness and part availability.
Setup, Maintain and improve procurement documentation and systems (ERP, BOMs, cost tracking, etc.).
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, invoicing, and tracking actual vs. forecasted spend.
Key Skills/Abilities
Hands-on experience sourcing electronics, mechanical components, or contract manufacturing services.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with startup operations, fast iteration cycles, and working with limited resources.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and Excel for data analysis, preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of overseas sourcing (China, SE Asia, Mexico) and logistics, preferred.
Ability to work independently while aligning with company priorities.
Comfortable in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the design quality engineer taking development projects from concept through commercialization.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations, including ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and EU MDR.
Lead and support design control activities: risk management (ISO 14971), design inputs/outputs, verification and validation, design reviews, and design history file (DHF) maintenance.
Develop and implement quality plans, test strategies, and protocols for new product development.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) related to product design and development.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends. Support development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Participate in technical design reviews and project phase reviews.
Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), test protocols, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Customer Success and Clinical teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
Support internal, external audits and regulatory inspections.
Provide Quality representation during problem resolution supporting a risk-based approach for processes.
Establish and maintain metrics and reports for design quality performance.
Key Skills/Abilities
Strong knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and EU MDR.
Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present issues, plans, and objectives
Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
Skilled in risk management techniques, root cause analysis, and statistical tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other relevant certifications such as Six Sigma preferred.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the medical device industry.
Experience working in a smaller, more agile environment is a strong plus.
Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
Experience with tools such as FMEA, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), and control charts.
Experience with software as a medical device (SaMD) or digital health technologies preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Convergent Dental Territory Sales Manager drives new sales of the Solea laser through our exclusive partnership with Patterson Dental, as well as their own efforts to coordinate and fill Solea Specific selling events. Territory Sales Managers must be adept at building a presence in the markets they serve by aligning with KOL's, local and regional dental societies, study clubs, and any other market relevant influential groups that can help grow awareness and ultimately sales of all Convergent products.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing software that supports diagnostic, service, and test fixture operations for the Company's CO₂ laser-based dental system. This includes creating tools and interfaces for service personnel and end-users to monitor system performance, conduct troubleshooting, and perform preventative maintenance. The role involves close collaboration with hardware engineers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components. The Software Engineer will also contribute to the development of automated test systems used in manufacturing and service environments, ensuring high reliability and usability across all diagnostic platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, develop, document, test and debug software for diagnostic tools and test fixtures used in support of the CO₂ laser-based dental system.
Develop intuitive diagnostic interfaces and utilities for use by service personnel and end-users to monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, and execute preventative maintenance routines.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to create software that interfaces with embedded systems and sensors for real-time diagnostics and system validation.
Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing of service and diagnostic software.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Solea Success Manager (SSM) to join our growing team. The SSM plays a critical role in driving customer success, revenue growth, and long-term adoption of Solea technology.
This multifaceted position is responsible for achieving quarterly revenue goals, guiding new customers through onboarding, training, and implementation, and providing administrative and operational support to both our customers and commercial teams. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth
