Procures Parts/Materials for service work orders.
Provides Service Quotes to customers with the assistance of the Service Supervisor.
Schedules and follows up on all monthly maintenance customer accounts. This includes ensuring timely communication with contract customers, key customers and subcontractors. Meets monthly to discuss expiring contracts and reviews upcoming PM visits.
Establishes and maintains a customer satisfaction follow up and call back procedure and provides senior management with appropriate feedback. Assists with customer satisfaction surveys.
Accurately and on a timely basis, administers Spectrum maintenance, including adding new sites, adding flags and modifying customer site changes.
Provides Specialists with badging and access to customer sites. Ensures that the Specialists have completed all customer specific training. Maintains a log for badging access and training.
Provides administrative overflow support as and where required. This includes photocopying, filing, general typing correspondence, minutes.
Acts as our customer's best service provider at all times thereby ensuring Convergint is the customer's first choice for service.

Evaluates handoffs to determine if they remain with the RCA or are forwarded to legal counsel based on criteria provided by legal department. What You'll Do

Review, negotiate and draft, with outside counsel, complex transactional documents (foreign and domestic), including NDAs, IOIs and LOIs, asset and equity purchase agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, joint venture agreements, and other ancillary documents.

Coordinate with outside legal counsel and other specialists such as M&A and securities counsel, tax attorneys, antitrust lawyers, employment law specialists, accountants, investment bankers, and insurance brokers.
Assist with post-closing obligations including earn-outs, escrow releases, indemnification claims, and transition service agreements.
Work alongside our Commercial Contracts Team and our business leaders to draft and negotiate complex contracts including global MSAs, construction agreements and subcontractor agreements.
Provide legal and compliance analysis and guidance to leadership.
Complete various special projects, as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the preparation of designs, design calculations, producing BIM models and construction drawings for electrical transportation-related projects for a variety of clients
Work closely with engineers and designers to complete design and/or analysis of the lighting needs on roadways, railways, trails, sidewalks and other transportation infrastructure projects
Research/investigate solutions and report findings
Assist in preparation of quantity calculations and construction cost estimates
Use design software to electronically apply engineering fundamentals in construction plan set preparation

You may also assist other departments within the office on an as-needed basis.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
