Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation, maintenance, and warranty work. May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, installation techniques and standards as well as suggestions for product improvements. Executes many of the technical aspects of multiple projects with varying timelines and budgets including, programming, graphics development, start-up, certification testing, customer training, close-out documentation, and on-going technical support etc.. Identifies potential project risks, communicates to appropriate parties and assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize impact and to control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines. Works with Fire Alarm Designer to ensure fire alarm system meets all relevant codes and standards. Works closely with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager and assists in the overall coordination of specific projects; makes recommendations regarding quality of work and potential changes in scope and identifies ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. What You'll Need Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted. Ability to convey complex subject matter to a non-technical audience. Willing to learn technical skills and/or experience related to fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems. To be a self-starter and work well with little supervision. Understanding of electronics to include Ohm's law, resistor color code, and relay logic for control of third-party equipment. Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude (e.g. works with a variety of hand and power tools such as drill, screwdriver, wire stripper, hacksaw, crimper). Experience programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning Edwards or equivalent fire alarm systems of small to medium complexity. To be driven to achieve necessary certifications/licensing related to products, industry, and city/state. Willingness to coach and mentor less experienced colleagues. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Possess NICET Level II in Fire Alarm Systems. Possess low voltage electrical license as required by local/state authority. Ability to travel locally to jobsites on a regular basis. Minimal overnight travel may be required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of experience in IT services / consulting / solutions sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or quota -carrying role. Proven experience selling staff augmentation, managed services, or digital solutions to enterprise clients. Strong understanding of technology domains such as AI, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity, ERP, and digital transformation. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on enterprise accounts and GCC clients. Represent SAT Inc. at industry events, GCC forums, and technology conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Stay abreast of industry trends, GCC growth models, and emerging technologies impacting enterprise operations. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding multi -million -dollar sales quotas. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large system integrators. Familiarity with government or federal contracting Existing network of enterprise buyers and partners. Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, entrepreneurial environment.
