Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

The Senior Representative will be a highly proficient and quality-focused producer of Pre-Operative Plans, they will be focused on their individual production efforts to meet team and department production targets.


* Enter segmentation request data into data base.
* Review CT Scans for conformity to required protocol.
* Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.
* Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty.
* Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.
* Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
* Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
* Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' work experience required.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is required, candidates with experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS are preferred
  • Preferred (any of the following):
    • Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI)
    • Certification in Nursing or related field
    • College level anatomy course completion
    • Demonstrated customer service orientation. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills preferred

Profile Summary
The Sr Installation/Conversion Specialist is responsible for the establishment of new and transfer large takeover corporate plans onto Voya's recordkeeping platform.

Profile Description
Manage transition of complex takeover and start up plans to Voya. Communicate all phases of the transition process to interested parties. Recommends process improvements and manages initiatives related to areas of expertise. Provides support for new products, including user acceptance testing.Coaches and mentors other team members. Provides support and training to both external and internal business partners.Ability to support sales process as requested.Ability to support extended production load for role.Demonstrated ability to lead team meetings & huddles Designated as capable of supporting high value takeover/conversion plans & high value external relationships.Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Experience

Job Purpose

The Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions incumbent will lead client account onboarding/offboarding/change management/other business critical projects, coordinate asset in-kind transfer events, support proprietary commingled funds and maintain broker/custodian documentation requirements and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions -

Independently coordinates onboarding project management of new client accounts into systems and handles transitions and conversions for existing accounts.

Serve as an advisor supporting client account onboard/transition/convert to/from a diverse range of organizational products and solutions.

Responsible for overall success of large, complex transitions/conversions ensuring project quality and efficiency.

Leads project management activities for the onboarding/transition/conversion of accounts such as organize calls with stakeholders, documenting progress, planning, issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation, and other project documentation preparation.

Identifies significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and makes recommendations for improvement.

Leads complex conversion activities, completes account onboarding/offboarding/existing account set up and maintenance supporting proprietary organizational products including Bank Collective Funds/Hedge Funds/Other Funds.

Fund Support requires an in-depth understanding of custody, transfer agency and fund accounting and processing workflows.

Reviews controls to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process and fund support.

Marshals firm-wide resources (Product Development, Technology, Operations, legal, Compliance, Investment teams, etc.) to ensure transition/conversion needs are being addressed and develops processes to ensure communication and alignment across teams.

Presents project progress, findings, recommendations and existing workflow analysis to senior business leaders.

Facilitate legal documentation review and completion with internal and external parties for proprietary commingled funds.

Regular review and appraisal of workflows and procedures to provide optimum client experience and appreciation of risk environment.

Provides leadership and recommendations for support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents.

Coordinates in-kind transactions for collective funds and separately managed accounts with internal and external parties.

Supports trading documentation and workflow requirements liaising with Legal/Compliance/Operations internally and also with Brokers/Custodian Banks.

Responsible for complex change management projects including process and platform changes. Contributes to the achievement of other objectives within the team.

Leads process improvements based on post-mortem transition analysis

No direct reports. Acts as a Team Lead and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues. Allocates work to and monitors the work quality of others.

Experience and qualifications required:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.

7-10 years of total work experience preferred.

Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management roles preferred.

Project Management certifications preferred.
