Who You Are & What You've Done:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
Experience hiring for positions across all levels, from individual contributors to leadership roles.
Prior experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, ideally within SaaS or B2B companies.
Global recruitment experience, particularly in AMEA and Europe, is highly desirable.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions and projects in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven approach to recruiting, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem).

Who You Are & What You've Done:

Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems such as CRM, ITSM, and cloud marketplaces.
