Prepare machine for use and dishes that are to be run through the machine. Operate dish machine. Restock dishes and glassware in appropriate locations. Rewashes soiled dishes before delivering. Clean up work area at the end of each shift. Put away food/kitchen related purchases. Maintain kitchen floors, spills, etc. during shifts. Perform extra, periodical cleaning tasks as assigned. Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster. Maintain cleanliness of outside trash area and loading dock. May polish silver and burnish silverware. Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions. Sweep/mop floors. General restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
