Work and Perks The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans, as well as providing support to other areas of the BOH. Ensure a steady supply of clean dishes, glassware, and utensils for cooks, servers, and bartenders. Re-stock areas for easy access by other staff members. Provide support to cooks as needed, including occasional station assignments. Communicate with fellow Team Members and Management to stay informed and ensure smooth operations. Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping and mopping when necessary. Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness, including taking out trash. Complete running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next Dishwasher. Notify Management immediately of any potential problems or issues. Requirements and Qualifications Support other Back of House functions as needed, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant run smoothly is a shared responsibility among the Team. Communicate positively with other Team Members and Management to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional service and maintain a positive attitude throughout the entire shift. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
