A successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, passionate, and engaging with the kitchen team. They will be responsible for washing and storing all pots, pans, and utensils in the proper manner, washing/maintaining kitchen area floors, kitchen walls and select kitchen equipment. Stores in neat fashion and rotates stock so all items are used regularly. * Maintains pot and pan storage area including surrounding floors and walls. * Maintains a sanitary workstation. * Helps keep kitchen area clean and keep trash off the floor. * Sweeps, washes or mops kitchen as directed and needed before end of shift. * Removes all trash to appropriate areas. * Performs other duties as assigned.
