HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Provide the highest level of service for our guests. Clean all dishware, food preparation equipment, cooking pots and pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen. Perform general restaurant maintenance. Essential Job Functions include the following:

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to maintain a clean restaurant including but not limited to sweeping & mopping floors, wiping down kitchen walls, workstations, dish pits and removing garbage.
Set up workstations with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
Sort and Rinse dirty dishware and place them in racks to be sent through the dish machine.
Sort and Stack clean dishware and place back in appropriate storage locations.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions when given.
Adhere to Sanitation and Food Safety standards.
Maintain dishwashing equipment, a clean work environment and ensure workstations are organized.
Ability to stand for long hours, pick up 10-25 pounds frequently.
The position is 4-5 shifts per week but can go up to 40 hours a week based on the needs of the restaurant.
