Job Duties: Assist in the removal of dirty dishes from tables during and after guests meals. Assist in the cleaning of tables, chairs, windows, floors, highchairs, boosters, booths, spice caddies, and pie racks. Keep dishwashing areas organized, including washing dirty dishes, returning clean dishes to designated areas, emptying slop buckets/garbage cans, taking garbage to dumpsters, and setting up, breaking down and cleaning the dishwashing unit. Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and building exteriors. Communicate with servers/hosts to ensure dining room efficiency and guest service. Assist in stocking wait stations with silverware, cups, ice, and plates. Maintain organization and cleanliness of janitorial closet and cleaning supplies. Assist in the clean-up of any spills or accidents. Assist in restaurant maintenance.
