We are looking for an individual both skilled and experienced with cooking/preparing meals according to menu and in serving who can give excellent customer service to our members and guests.
An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be adept in moving around the kitchen and in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients, kitchen tools, and cooking techniques is preferred.
The goal is to preserve and enhance our reputation in order to exceed our members expectations at every opportunity.
Essential Functions
Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
Accurately prepare menu items per established standards.
Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu.
Assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus; collaborating with the Managers, Chefs, and other Cooks.
Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies.
Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary.
Keep storage areas organized and clean.
Clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished.
Leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself.
Assist with front counter or table service as needed.
Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards.
Work special events as necessary throughout the year.
