Pays the bills. Meet some good people.
Favoritism, immaturity and no knowledge of policy or management skills in store or general managers anymore. Poor to know training, improper training
Weekly paycheck to pay bills
Never met anyone higher up than regional manager.
Management need basic management skills When doing interviews and hiring, check with past employers and references instead of hiring literally anyone that shows up for an application or interview. Reward the hard-working, loyal employees instead of telling them "food cost and labor is too high" .... employees canNOT control or help either of those areas and should not be punished for poor management skills
Show up. Have heartbeat. Start tomorrow
The only place I have ever worked that can hire in a person for their first job at a higher rate of pay than a person with experience that has stuck with the company for months/years and cannot give employees the first raise, including the ones in their handbook for each station learned etc Only high point is after a year, all employees earn a 1 week vacation. (Just hard to take your "vacation" because they refuse it if there is a holiday, or any kind of event -big or tiny for both- on any given day of a week
Very very few employees I've seen over the early 30's, majority are 16-30. Although very diverse between English,Spanish, and a few bilingual speaking people
The customers , especially the regulars.
