Education and Experience:
Education in culinary arts and previous cooking experience is preferred.
Age Restrictions:
· Must be at least 16 years of age to work in a walk-in freezer or chill box, and use a case cutter and knife.
· Must be at least 18 years of age to clean, maintain, or operate a stove, oven, bread slicer, and any other power driven equipment.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Summary of Qualifications:
* 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
* Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza)
* Open availability (preferably nights and weekends)
* Good time management and attention to detail
* Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
* Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
* Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
* Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
