POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Overview:

Purpose of the Position
Prepare, prioritize and execute recipes in accordance with established policies and procedures. This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the Kitchen Manager and indirectly to others in management.
Essential Job Functions

What You'll Do
As a Prep Cook, you will be a key player in the kitchen, ensuring ingredients are prepped, organized, and ready for service. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and portion ingredients, proteins, sauces, and garnishes according to recipes and specifications
