Compensation: Students will start at a training level of tier 1 at $11 per hour. Once they have demonstrated sufficient skills they will be eligible to be promoted to a tier 2 position at $12 per hour. In addition, eligible students will receive longevity raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises. Dining and Catering employees earn free meals and are eligible for an end-of-semester bonus of up to $200.
