Vendors provide lunch and letans often.

Small company with no processes in place. Company is described as diverse however I have witnessed 3 African American woman fired for no apparent reason.

Weired inter, the owner focused on himself mostly.

How does your compensation at Cook's Direct compare to the industry average?

I was am to negotiate my salary but there was no transpecery in how commission are paid. You had to trust they were paying you correctly. No commission statements provided either.

What's the diversity at Cook's Direct like?

I think the company misses the mark on diversity. African American people are not treated fairly even fired at their 6 month mark. The owner has inappropriate conversations with Latino workers acting as if he's in the know of their culture.
