Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures
Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events
Maintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operations
Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients
Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products
Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related products
Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner
