Job Summary: Prepares hot and cold deli food, as well as catering and delivery orders. Promotes customer service by taking and filling customer order requests and maintaining attractive product presentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares hot and cold deli food such as breakfast foods, hot foods, steam table foods, rotisserie chicken, and fried chicken. Fills catering orders and ensures portion control. Ensures food handling and food safety procedures are adhered to. Stocks, rotates, and monitors product temperatures before and after cooking. Makes judgements about flavor, taste, aroma, colors, texture, or smoothness of products in order to inspect products for satisfactory production quality. Maintains attractive product presentation by arranging items for display. Provides friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions and taking orders by phone and in person. Promotes product sales through use of suggestive selling initiatives and product arrangement.
