Warehouse load crew members are responsible for efficient, safe and accurate loading of the delivery trucks and performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks.
Description of Physical Tasks:
Keep all warehouse load areas and grounds clean. Place product on hand truck or dolly (approximately 20 to 50 lbs per case). Fills racks, pushes/pulls pallets and loads appropriate company products. Climbing on and off forklifts.
Responsibilities Include
Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly.
Prior to starting the loading process, review the total quantity to be pulled and the truck it is to go on.
Discuss any space concerns with the Load Crew Manager.
Build loads for each order in the most efficient manner.
Pull and load the exact amounts given through the voice picking system or system generated pick sheets.
Ensure loads are done accurately and neatly.
Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first.
Visually inspect all cases loaded to ensure they are in saleable condition.
Load all carts/pallets onto appropriate route truck.
Load the product on each truck properly to prevent damage.
Clean all areas before leaving at the end of your shift, keeping work area clean.
Clear the pick area of debris and stretch wrap at the end of the truck loading process each night.
Prior to the end of your shift each night ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and properly stored.
Report any accidents to manager on duty immediately.
Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company.
Obtain from the Warehouse Manager approval prior to working in excess of your regular schedule.

This position is further responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Starbuck's coffee kiosk. The Barista will prepare all Starbuck's beverages to order as to the preferences of each customer following precise Starbuck formulas as printed in the Starbucks's manual. The Barista will also be responsible for stocking, maintaining, rotating, all other items being sold in the kiosk, i.e.- drinks, sandwiches, desserts, cups, straws, merchandize, etc. Accurately enters all sales into the POS system using approved means of tender. A printed receipt will be offered to each customer upon completion of the transaction. Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized work station to ensure high standards are maintained for Health Department, Ever Clean, and TJC, inspections and reviews. Barista will be responsible for accurately keeping track of all inventories needed in the kiosk and making a list of items needing to be ordered and putting away the ordered inventory items upon delivery. Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent is preferred. Must be able to read and write legibly, speak, have counting skills, and comprehend English. Must be able to understand, interpret and follow detailed written, oral, and recipe instructions. A minimum of one verifiable year of experience in being a cashier is preferred. Having previous barista or coffee shop experience is also preferred. Employee must be able to accurately count money, make change, follow recipes and be able to work a multi-facetted POS cash register system taking care of customer needs. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills. ServSafe class is with a minimum score of 75% is preferred, but not required.
