Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete physical and mechanical walk-through of building and notify arriving manager of any noticeable or outstanding problems
Winter specific duties include snow removal from decks and walkways to ensure safe and easy access for guests and staff, icicle removal from roof line and apply snowmelt where appropriate
Summer specific duties to include basic landscaping tasks, trash removal around the building, cleaning windows and floors, and replacing light bulbs and carpet as needed

The Facilities Crew Member will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. Food Truck employee is responsible for managing food service operations within the Outpost Food Truck as well as assisting with in-house functions as a line/prep cook as necessary. This position will require line cook experience as well as guest service experience. One must accurately and efficiently assemble and prepare our menu. Oversee the day-to-day operations for the Food Truck as well as assisting with in restaurant tasks for Line Cooks and/or prep. There is an absolute REQUIREMENT that the person who assumes this role be able to work between both positions and to integrate into the Kitchen in House in a way that supports both the Food Truck and Restaurant.
Learn our recipes to prepare our menu accurately and efficiently.
Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
Portions food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area including helping the outside of the Food Truck keep a clean appearance.
Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
Closes the food truck down properly and follows the closing checklists.
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Must have a good driving record.
Must be available weekends.
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
