THE ROLE
Providing excellent service to customers attending events or visiting concession stands. Ensuring a positive customer experience while managing transactions, preparing, and serving food and beverage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to FEC standards
Operate POS systems, handle payment transactions, and follow proper payment procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift
Prepare and Stock Food and Beverages as needed based on event need
Restock products and supplies before, during, and after events
Follow all health department, safety, and food-handling guidelines
Assist with stand setup, break-down, and closing procedures
Communicate product shortages, guest concerns, or operational issues to supervisors
Work collaboratively with fellow staff, volunteers, and supervisors to ensure smooth event execution
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
