Responsibilities * Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner * Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes * Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area * Stock supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications * Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred * Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures * Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management * Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Knowledge of food safety regulations in the food industry Strengthened by our Differences.
