    Our Barista's will be responsible for executing the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Responsibilities: A Barista is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. A Barista's responsibilities include: Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
