Overview

Responsibilities
FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to):
Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events.
Setting-up and tearing down flooring, hockey glass, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, and other furnishings and equipment.
Responsible for the physical setup of all areas around the Arena including chairs, tables, staging, furnishings and equipment for sporting and live events
Responding to promoter/clients' needs as by the onsite building manager.
Assist, when necessary, with pre/post event cleaning, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, carpet cleaning.
Meet the physical demands of this job, which include being able to get in and around the facility, bending, lifting, carrying, moving, climbing, working from various heights, and moderate to loud noises.
Work boots and gloves are required for all shifts.
Maintain outside grounds including parking areas, entrances, and event plaza.
Snow removal of outside area is required.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed such as painting, patching, and other conversion related operational equipment.
Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, clients, and patrons encountered in the course of employment.
