Job DescriptionTeam Penske is a championship-caliber team that operates in the ever-changing and challenging motorsports industry. Team Penske is one of the most successful teams in the history of professional sports. Our teams have competed in a variety of disciplines and have produced over 600 race wins, and 43 Series Championships. Those championships include the 2022, 2023, and 2024 NASCAR Cup Series titles.
Our pit crews contribute greatly to our continued success on the racetrack. The pit crews train and work out on a regimented schedule to perfect the timing and coordination of on-track pit crew and racecar performance. Members of the pit crew go over the wall during pit stops and perform duties based on their position on the team. Pit crew duties may include jacking the racecar, changing tires, fueling, and making adjustments to the racecar. The goal of the pit crew is to get the car and driver back on the racetrack as quickly as possible for optimal performance and track position.
Pit crew team members are subject to periodic drug screenings during employment per sanctioning body guidelines.

Responsibilities
Train as a team and attend all practice and workout sessions; organized by the Sports Performance and Pit Crew Coaches.
Travel to the racetrack to work and pit the racecar on race weekends.

Responsibility of the Senior Manager of Event Operations to ensure that all events are serviced by pre/post cleaning, event setup and teardown, and facility maintenance projects
Responsible for pre/post event trash pickup duties and hauling waste
Involved in event setup equipment including barricades, parking cones, bleachers, and fencing
Involved in track setup operations including setting barriers, track asphalt maintenance, and painting
Performs pressure washing duties around property including grandstands, concourses, sidewalks buildings, and other facility areas
Completes work order assignments in a timely manner
Work events and perform various duties as needed to make event successful
Performs preventative maintenance on all department equipment to ensure efficiency
Assembles and moves furniture along with other equipment around property
Assist with the setup and teardown of Speedway Christmas
Assists other departments when needed
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of event operations for a large scale multi-function event complex
Knowledge of a variety of operations equipment including pressure washers, forklifts, tractors, etc.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
Skill in using hand and power tools.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with CMS staff and the customers.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather. There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday. This position is (PART TIME/SEASONAL) 29 hours a week plus additional hours and possible overtime during our event seasons. It is required that the position is available to work all three shifts during event weekends.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED and one (1) year event operations experience in a large event facility, or any equivalent combination of training and experience. A valid driver's license is required and a clear driving record is required.

Our franchise organization, Platinum Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!
The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products. The Cook pays special attention to speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.
Food Production:
Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
Ensures that every fried product is always fresh and hot.
If the Buffet Attendant is unavailable, the Cook restocks the items at the Display Cooking Station.
If the Carver is unavailable, assists guests with carved meat options.
Complete use and following of the buffet production system to insure quality and shelf life compliance.
Operational Excellence:
Maintains the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding and serving.
Uses the Hot Choice Buffet Production Guide and the Display Cooking Hot Cook Production Guide to maintain an inventory of all hot cook products.
Conducts opening and closing administrative procedures.
Properly maintains equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
Restocks and rotates food products by using the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).
Takes inventory of products and checks build-to with the Manager at the beginning and end of each shift.
Cleanliness:
Ensures that that Hot Cook area and all smallwares are clean and checks dishes for cleanliness before using them.
Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met. .
Follows local health department laws.
Keeps Char Grill clean and scraped to ensure product quality and sanitation.
Guest Service:
Ensures that Hot Choice Buffet products, including Display Cooking products, are always hot and fresh for the guests.
Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
Is friendly and courteous to guests and assists them with the products.
Maintains professional communication at all times.
