Upon joining us on our opening team your journey with us would begin with an Orientation on Monday, January 15th, offering both morning and afternoon options. Following that, our training sessions will run from January 16th to the 21st, with both AM and PM sessions available. It's important to note that attendance on these days is mandatory; they're not just days on the calendar-they're essential steps in your exciting new adventure with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza. Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
A Prep Cook is responsible for tasks that include prepping food items to perfection. This position requires a sense of urgency and adaptability. S/he represents the Company by providing service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a positive environment.

What you bring:
Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform
Fulfills all cook job responsibilities in order to contribute to a “one great shift” operation
Understands our menu to address any questions, including food allergy issues
Follows recipes while cooking and upholds specs to display a perfect presentation of every dish
Satisfies food handling requirements and food safety compliance
Running and end of shift side work; ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next schedule
Experience in full-service restaurant desired
3 yrs high volume experience preferred
Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
Team members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire

The Role:

What You'll Do:
Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
Stand and/or walk for an entire shift
This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests
Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Assist with any additional duties assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
Must be comfortable working near open flames
May be required to work in tight spaces
Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people

Has a strong understanding and experience in the ERP methodology used by the organization. Responsible for mapping the business processes to ERP modules (often in conjunction with consultants) and participates in user acceptance testing. Often is involved in the creation of documentation and training materials, and may deliver training during implementation. May also act in a system support role immediately after implementation. Incumbents in this position come from the business, with an expert level of understanding of all of the business processes of the function they represent. Education: Bachelor's Degree in function represented in the business. Or equivalent work experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of business and/or ERP implementation experience.

Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area. May coach more junior technical staff.

Overview
