Responsibilities:
Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
Follow MAD Greens operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Make the availability of fresh ingredients possible on a daily basis.
Cut, slice vegetables and fruits and store them properly.
Rotate food items in cold storage and trash any expired items.
Sort, chop, and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes
Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
Quickly and accurately prepare food items.
Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints
Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift

Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of trailhead maintenance tasks on Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) properties as assigned by OSMP staff. There is a heavy emphasis on independence and problem-solving, as we work with a small crew often. Provides a great opportunity to see all of OSMP lands, communicate directly with the community, and collaborate with other work groups. Crew member positions do not need prior experience to be successful. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and constructs trailhead infrastructure such as fences, gates, picnic tables, timber structures, benches, bike racks, waste infrastructure, native gardens, drainage infrastructure, shelters, and signage.
Ensures and maintains accessible amenities around trailheads, including construction and maintenance of accessible trails to defined standards.
Works on vegetation management - mowing, trimming, weed whipping, and removal of invasive plants by other methods. Requires knowledge of native plant management.
Works on parking lot repair - filling and repairing potholes by hand and grading surfaces with heavy equipment, such as skid steers and backhoes.
Contributes to snow removal in winter season through use of shovels, snow blowers, or plows.
Services trash and recycling at trail heads and access points.
Cleans and maintains outhouses at OSMP facilities by hand and with power washing equipment.
Works with contract work crews, volunteers, community and court-ordered service persons on trailhead related tasks.
Collects, analyzes and reports data through use of asset management software to inform work plan.
Interacts with the public through a customer service lens as a representative of the City working in public spaces.
Works independently and as part of a team to implement scheduled work plan and react to emergent maintenance situations, often called on to make informed decisions without direct guidance from leadership.

**What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be**
**Wardrobe Technician:**
+ Act as a liaison between the wardrobe run crew and the costume shop.
+ Support the preparation, management, and documentation of actor fittings as directed by the CSF Wardrobe Supervisor.
+ Ensure proper flow of information, rehearsal, and show needs to the CSF Wardrobe Supervisor.
+ Support the coordination of the care, management, and organization of finished costumes.

**Stitcher:**
+ Construct new costumes and alter and refurbish existing costumes under the direction of CSF Draper(s) and First Hand(s).

The Job Stuff: MAD Greens Team Member is enthusiastic and passionate about providing guests with the best hospitality experience possible. Responsibilities:
Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
Follow MAD Greens operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Make the availability of fresh ingredients possible on a daily basis.
Cut, slice vegetables and fruits and store them properly.
Rotate food items in cold storage and trash any expired items.
Sort, chop, and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes
Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
Quickly and accurately prepare food items.
Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints
Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Snappy Salads
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Contributes to a positive team environment
Requirements:
Excellent guest service skills required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8+ hours per shift.

Summary:
Under direct supervision, safely performs maintenance to public trees to ensure a safe and healthy urban tree canopy. Maintenance activities include but are not limited to tree planting, small tree pruning and removals, tank watering, mulching, and stump grinding following industry and division standards. Operates a variety of power tools and specialized equipment in the performance of these duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs general tree maintenance work such as tree planting, mulching, watering, and small tree pruning and removals in city parks, public street rights-of-way and on other city property.
Grinds stumps, chips brush and performs maintenance tasks such as pesticide applications, tank watering, and mulching.
Acts as grounds person for arborists working from ropes or bucket truck.
Uses the following types of tools and equipment for tree maintenance: trailers, power tools such as chainsaws, hand tools including pruners/saws, chipper and utility trucks.
Conducts city wide surveys to update records for the tree inventory using a tablet computer and assists with data entry.
Maintains records of work performed using asset management software; collect and maintain information on species type, tree size, health, location and maintenance records for public trees.
Assists with responding to service requests from the public on matters related to general tree care.
Assists with community related special events, educational events, and volunteer events such as Arbor Day Tree Planting.
Unloads tree deliveries from nursery, care for tree stock in forestry yard.
Assist in marking trees for pruning/removal contracts.
Posts for no parking and pesticide notification to ensure compliance with City ordinances.
Uses and operates hand and power tools and maintains related equipment.
Performs related duties as required by management to meet the needs of the City
Responsible for knowing and complying with all city and department policies; participating in professional training and development; and adhering to attendance and workplace attire policies.
Takes proper safety precautions, anticipates unsafe circumstances, and acts accordingly to prevent accidents/injuries. Responsible for the safety of self, others, materials, and equipment. Uses all required safety equipment. Reports all accidents, injuries and damage to property.
Be flexible to work additional hours in situations when resources are needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability and willingness to perform a wide range of manual and physically demanding tasks outdoors under all weather conditions.
Ability to proficiently use computers, tablets and the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to keep accurate records, organize information, supplies and equipment, and follow established procedures.
Ability and willingness to learn and operate a variety of hand and power tools including chainsaws and to utilize all required safety equipment.
Ability and willingness to learn and operate tractors, skid-steer, pickup trucks, trucks with trailers, brush chippers, and stump grinders.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to supervisors, coworkers, volunteers and the public.
Ability and willingness to successfully integrate into Forestry field crews as one of the team members.
Effective interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain acceptable motor vehicle record.
Have and maintain acceptable background information, including criminal conviction history.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
College coursework in Forestry, Arboriculture, Natural Resources or a related environmental field.
Ability to identify urban tree species common to the Front Range of Colorado.
Previous experience with tree maintenance operations.
Previous experience with a variety of hand and power tools including chainsaws.
Previous experience with tractors, skid-steer, pickup trucks, trucks with trailers, brush chippers, and stump grinders.
Experience with tree inventory, GIS and/or asset management programs.
International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) arborist certification
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
No experience is required for this role.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Physical and Mental Effort: Engage in physically demanding tasks outdoors across a variety of weather conditions and subject to continuous interruptions and background noises. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, dragging, and pushing on uneven or slippery surfaces. Ability to work around or in trees and utilize all equipment common to the arboricultural industry. Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate personal computer and office equipment. Vision for reading, recording and interpreting information. Ability to communicate with employees, contractors and the public via verbal and written communication. Ability to work under stress from public contact, and changing priorities and conditions.
Work Environment: Time primarily spent in an outdoor, urban environment year-round. Engage in physically demanding tasks outdoors across a variety of weather conditions and subject to continuous interruptions and background noises. Potential exposure to dangerous wildlife (e.g., rattlesnakes, stinging insects), toxic chemicals (e.g., pesticides), and dangerous weather conditions (e.g., heat, cold, lightning). Often working with or near large, loud equipment common to the arboriculture industry (e.g., bucket trucks, grapple trucks, woodchippers, stump grinders, tub grinders, etc). Work may include extended periods of time viewing a computer video monitor and/ or operating a keyboard. Work evenings or weekends as needed for events or for emergency response.
