When you clock in for this cooking role, you're ready to jump into action. You'll prep your station, ensuring the grill, broiler, and deep fryer are stocked and ready to go. Once the orders start rolling in, you'll craft delicious dishes with precision, ensuring every plate meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities will include:
Rotate tortillas properly to ensure freshness
Fry the tortillas to correct doneness
Label and rotate bins of fresh fried chips
Maintain and filter fryer for cleanliness and freshness of oil
Position requires ability to learn Margarita's standard kitchen procedures, organization, ability to perform functions quickly and accurately. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior food service experience is helpful but not necessary.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We're looking for a team member who is passionate about providing excellent, high-quality meals to our physicians, staff, patients and guests. This role plays a vital part in preparing and delivering meals while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards. Courteous service and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
HOURS
Full-time position. Must be able to work 32 + hours a week including some weekends and holidays.
Duties include ability to cook multiple orders in a timely manner, stocking cook area, cleaning work station area and other miscellaneous duties as needed. Six months food service experience required. Point Of Sales (POS) experience preferred.
Requirements
Must have a current Food Handlers Card and at least six months of experience in a related food service role. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions needed. Must be able to work independently and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED preferred.
