Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Report to the Sous Chef to help prepare and present all foods in the restaurants and banquets.
Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; ensure completion of daily temperature logs, daily cleaning logs, line check sheets and food waste sheets.
Oversees the activities of the kitchen staff and monitors food production and presentation.
Resolves operational issues.
Manages the successful completion of daily prep, restocking of workstations, meal breaks, and end of shift cleaning duties, while maintaining a consistently positive operational flow.
Maintain working rapport with all hotel staff for efficient operation and service to guests.
Assist all restaurants (including quick service) during peak business levels. The lead line cook can be re-deployed as needed to support the operation.
Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines, tasting and adjusting for flavor with assistance of chef.
Monitor supply levels of food, paper goods and small wares. Oversee replenishment as necessary.
Assist with audit of food storeroom items and storage to maintain consistent quality products using FIFO (first in, first out) and ensure adherence to all health code requirements.
Keeps supplies and food ready by inventorying stock; supports in stocking food & supply inventory; requisitioning supplies and foodstuffs; verifying receipt; storing; informs chef of any shortages in a timely manner.
Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by cleaning work areas, food storage areas, equipment and utensils; segregating and removing garbage; steam-cleaning or hosing garbage containers; following sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Maintain and follow all Ecosure or similar food safety and sanitation program standards.
Direct Dishwashers to maintain appropriate levels of dishes and utensils; ensure that all dishware used in cooking is always clean and sanitary.
Maintains correct cleaning schedules on all equipment; keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Assist and support the operation at the request of the Sous Chef, Executive Chef or other property leadership.
Prepare schedules for approval by the Executive Chef.
Prepare and communicate closing reports and shift information to the F&B operations team; at the end of the shift check out with Sous Chef / Executive Chef.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
High School degree or equivalent.
Three years of cook experience in a similar environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation and demonstrated ability to understand sanitation related issues and precautions necessary to ensure a clean food preparation environment.
Possess the ability to work with Point of Sale system and Kitchen Display System.
Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed.
Must be able to obtain local or state food handling permits and serv safe food handling certification as required.
Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

About the Role: As a Deli Cook, you will work collaboratively with your coworkers to prepare and cook to order a variety of foods sold in the stores Deli department. You'll follow established recipes using quality ingredients.

Responsibilities/Duties
The Landscape Construction Crew Member is responsible for performing labor and tasks necessary for the installation of landscape design elements. Individual assists other Crew Member(s) and Crew Leader with the transformation of design plans into quality landscape designs meeting or exceeding our customer expectations.
Preparation: Assist in the daily preparation of trucks and equipment, including loading and securing equipment, plants, and hardscape materials.
Planting: Perform the planting of trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials, as well as the installation of wood and stone mulch.

Follow the recipe to find equipment needed.
Complete top setup and tell controller before you start cooking.
Ensure hose from liquefier is closed and inspect the kettle.
Ensure scale is at zero.
Compare weight on scale to recipe.
After temperature is reached add the rest of the ingredients.
Check final weight.
Assist Cook as needed
Inspect all ingredients prior to loading the Kettles
The ability to step if the cook is not available
Communicate with batching and quality
Assist in maintaining cleanliness on the platform
You will clean the equipment necessary for overall manufacturing production
You will also clean lines and processing equipment
Packaging equipment will also require your attention, which involves wiping down metal conveyors, as well as cleaning the machine itself
You will sometimes have to open valves to get the job done
Like the rest of the team, you will work with strong, corrosive chemicals
You will also be working with hot water and foaming & cleaning agents
You will sweep and mop floors
Perform CIP after production and ensure all equipment are clean and ready to use for the next shift.
All other duties as assigned.

Accurate completion of paperwork.
Effective math skills.
Basic computer skills.
Interpersonal and team skills for working with employees at all levels within the company.
Ability to lift on a continuing basis.
Ability to work in a safe manner in a production environment with safety hazards.
Ability to tolerate fluctuating temperatures in a loud noise production environment.
Physical Demands of the Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to see, speak, hear, read, walk, and stand, reach with hands and arms for long periods. The employee must be able to pull, push, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and lift more than 50 lbs. There is extensive walking required.

Responsibilities/Duties
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for providing the labor necessary to complete tasks such as mowing and edging of lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, watering lawns, trees, and plants; raking and disposing of leaves and other yard waste; and planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers.
General Labor: Perform tasks including planting, flower care, string trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, mulching, weeding, chemical application, and trash pickup.
Task Management: Take direction from the crew leader and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Training: Assist in the training of co-workers.
Quality Standards: Uphold and set the standards for a quality company image that encourages repeat business.
Customer Service: Emphasize the importance of customer service to coworkers.
Communication: Communicate any landscape management concerns or problems to the Crew Leader and effectively interact with other coworkers to function as a team.
Winter Duties: Assist with snow removal during the winter months as business needs dictate.
Equipment Maintenance: Participate in equipment maintenance.
Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the crew leader, supervisor, and/or manager.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Outdoor Work: Primarily performed outdoors during all seasons.
Weather Exposure: Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including inclement weather (rain, snow, heat, or cold).
Noise Levels: The work environment typically has moderate noise levels. Hearing protection is required for duties involving equipment operation with elevated noise levels.
Chemical Exposure: Duties may expose the individual to chemicals and fertilizers.
Schedule
Peak Season Hours: Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm (40-55 hours per week) during our peak season (approximately April to November). Saturday hours as needed.
Position Type: This is a Full-time Seasonal position.
Overtime: Occasional overtime as workload dictates.
Winter Hours: Hours vary in winter months (approximately December through March) based on snow removal needs.
Skills You Need
Landscaping Skills: Previous experience with or ability to learn effective landscaping skills and techniques.
Driver's License: A valid Driver's License is required.
Equipment Operation: Previous experience operating basic landscape equipment (Mowers, Trimmers, Edgers) is helpful but not required.
Plant Knowledge: Knowledge of trees, shrubs, and other landscape products is helpful but not required.
Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

The Yard Team Member is responsible for greeting and assisting customers throughout the yard, as well as monitoring the receipt and loading of merchandise in the assigned area following company policies and procedures.
Job duties:
Responsible for ensuring Fleet Farm's merchandise presentation standards are in place in the yard and surrounding work areas.
Ensure displayed merchandise in the store is seasonally relevant, properly secured, and well represented.
Responsible for maintaining backroom locator accuracy within yard area.
Ensure all yard merchandise is properly wrapped and stored in a way that will prevent it from being weather damaged.
Effectively load correct merchandise into customers' vehicles while following all safety guidelines.
As requested, locate sale and promotional items to replenish stock during operating hours.
Transport product throughout the facility while safely operating a forklift or other material handling equipment.
Ensure lumber is being culled per company guidelines.
Maintain a working knowledge of product placement in the yard to be able to better assist and direct our customers.
Maintain all car side pickup signage and cones in the yard.
Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
Job Requirements and Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Warehouse environment can expose temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.
