We are seeking Changeover Crew who will directly assist in setting up and teardown of events at Liberty First Credit Union Arena as specified by event setup plans. This position is responsible for preparing the arena for all events, including Hockey games, family shows, and concerts.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $16.00 to $18.00

About the Venue
Liberty First Credit Union Arena is an indoor arena located in the Ralston/Omaha, Nebraska area. The 200,000 sq. ft. arena can accommodate up to 4,400 patrons and hosts 350,000+ attendees at upwards of 140 concerts, sporting events, family shows, and other events every year. The arena is home to the USHL Omaha Lancers Hockey team and the NAL Omaha Beef Football team. The arena is just two miles from the interstate and attracts concert goers from a 100-mile radius.
Responsibilities
* Set up and remove stage, risers, seating, tables, flooring, etc. for various events.
* Proactively use all safety mandates and teach others to do to the same.
* Promote a safe and efficient work environment.
* Be available for event support, as needed.
* Operate with an emphasis on safety for employees, teams, and guests.
* Other duties involving assisting other departments as assigned.
* Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
* Perform strenuous physical duties at times, including lifting, carrying, moving, walking extensively throughout the building, working from various heights, and around moderate to loud noises.

Qualifications
* High School diploma + 1 year of conversion experience, preferred.
* Ability to give clear instructions and communicate effectively with other in both oral and written form.
* Ability to work long hours and varied schedules (majority overnight conversions).
* Must be self-motivated and work under little supervision.
* Ability to prioritize tasks in the most productive and/or appropriate manner.
* Excellent work ethic.
* Experience operating equipment such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts, scrubbing machines or other light power-driven equipment.

Qualifications
