CORE DUTIES & RESPONSABILITES Core FOH Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude Calculate order totals, process card and cash payments Stock all grab n go items, salad bars, food items in a timely and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness of counters, work areas and overall cafe Organize and maintain inventory, including daily waste logs Complete daily cafe checklist of tasks Other duties as assigned Core BOH Responsibilities: Ability to work under pressure and always maintain a positive attitude Ability to read order tickets and recipes in English Responsible for cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with recipes, rules, policies, and standards set by Tony Caters Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment Prepare ingredients needed for recipes of menu items Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to clean all chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils Stock and maintain supplies and equipment Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash Other duties as assigned REQUIEREMENTS: Friendly and upbeat attitude is a must!
