Kartini Clinic, an internationally recognized pediatric eating disorder treatment facility in Portland, Oregon, is passionate about providing children and families with the treatment, support, and education they need both medically and therapeutically. Since 1998 we have treated more than 3000 children and young adults with all forms of disordered eating. We use a family-based treatment model to treat patients within our partial hospitalization program (aka: day treatment program).
As the clinic's kitchen assistant, you will work closely with the kitchen coordinator to prepare breakfast, lunch, and a snack for each patient under our care, as well as any staff members joining meal times. Throughout the day you will have time to clean the kitchen area and equipment. You will also have time to go through supply inventory and communicate any needed items to the kitchen coordinator.
This is a full-time position of about 36 hours per week. Your day would begin at 7:30 am each day. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, so you won't be working nights or weekends with us!
