Essential Performance Responsibilities: Maintain interior and exterior surfaces of all building for both decorative and protective purpose through the application of paint, sealers, stain, varnish and other protective finishes Interior painting including ceilings, different types of walls such as sandfinish, cinderblock, sheetrock, windows, doors, lockers, and various trims.
