Pros of working at CRMC

Support from my manager is great and the company has recognition programs that encourage good customer service.

Cons of working at CRMC

Sick time accrues but you cannot use it until the second day of being sick, so if you’re sick you must use an annual day. Annual time accrues to 3 weeks per year and holidays are not paid.
