The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity - small, entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and deeply focused on delivering exceptional workplace food experiences.
We partner with companies of all sizes to bring chef-crafted meals directly into their offices through Smart Fridges, curated meal programs, and engagement-driven food experiences.

The role:
We are launching 50+ Smart Fridges in the next 4 months, and the experience employees have in the first days directly determines long-term adoption.
The Smart Fridge Launch & Engagement Lead will own the launch activation program end-to-end - from preparation to onsite execution to early performance follow-through.
This is a high-ownership, field-based role where you will:
Coordinate launch plans with internal partners & client teams
Lead the onsite experience and user onboarding
Monitor engagement and performance metrics in the first weeks
Recommend targeted follow-up engagement actions
Capture learnings and contribute to the National Launch Playbook
This role blends operations, hospitality, communication, and strategy.
You are not just hosting launches - you are designing adoption outcomes.
Responsibilities: Launch Planning & Coordination
Build and manage launch plans across multiple upcoming Smart Fridge installations.
Align with Operations on stocking strategy, signage needs, and setup readiness.
Align with Account Managers on client expectations and success criteria.
Ensure launch materials and messaging are consistent across locations.
Onsite Launch & User Engagement
Serve as the onsite lead during launch days - welcoming employees and guiding them through onboarding.
Drive app activation, first purchases, and early usage behaviors.
Create a high-energy, welcoming, and confidence-building experience.
Early Performance & Adoption Monitoring
Track initial performance signals (download rate, sell-through, early repeat purchase)
Identify adoption barriers early and propose targeted engagement follow-up actions.
Communicate insights clearly to Account Managers and Operations partners
Follow-Up Engagement & Activation Moments
Plan and host small tastings and re-engagement activations when helpful to boost momentum.
Support Account Managers in showcasing the program to client stakeholders.
Market Support Network Building
Recruit, train, and manage a network of trusted local Brand Ambassadors in key launch markets to support onsite activation when travel is not optimal.
Build and maintain relationships with local office champions and building contacts to sustain ongoing awareness and usage.
Create lightweight playbooks & training guides so local support can execute consistently and on-brand
Feedback Loop & Playbook Development
Capture learnings from each launch to improve messaging, onboarding flow, stocking approach, and event format.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the National Smart Fridge Launch & Engagement Playbook to support multi-city scale.
Qualifications:
3-6 years in hospitality operations, field activations, customer engagement, community management, retail leadership, or similar experience.
Confident communicator and facilitator - you know how to create presence and connection.
Organized and able to move multiple launches forward at once.
Comfortable interpreting performance signals and adjusting strategy accordingly.
Thrives in **fast-moving, hands-on, builder environments
Preferred requirements:
Enjoys travel and being in the field - not just behind a laptop.
Speak spanish and english fluently is preferred

About the Team:

This role will be reporting directly to the the Head of B2B, with the opportunity in the future to hire, train and manage sales representatives in your vertical.
You will work closely with the Head of B2B, the sales and marketing team around strategy and execution.
The role:
As a Key Account Executive at CookUnity, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales within especially the healthcare sector and corporations. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, telehealth providers, and health plans to close large-scale deals. You will leverage your experience in enterprise sales to expand CookUnity's footprint in healthcare, delivering innovative food solutions that meet the needs of patients, providers, and payers.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to secure enterprise-level partnerships within healthcare, including with hospitals, health systems, telehealth companies, and health plans.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory environments, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior leadership.

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide operational and strategic HR support to our employees in our New York, Toronto & Miami facilities. Qualifications

Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in data science or related fields.

The Role
While believing that healthy food fuels stronger communities, we are looking for an energetic and innovative Senior Food Scientist within our Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) team. The FSQA team plays a key role in our kitchens, responsible for monitoring and verifying that food production adheres to regulatory, safety and quality standards. About the Role

The Role:
The Food Safety Specialist ensures a sustainable, safe, clean, and functional environment in the CookUnity Commissary.
Responsibilities:
Monitor food production and ensure all Chefs are adhering to food safety regulations
Perform critical checks including refrigeration, chemical concentration and and temperature checks

Perform facility and department audits
Collect and provide data on cooler function and sanitary transport to operations and facilities teams
Minimum Requirements:

Tasks:

The Quality Assurance Associate performs activities associated with quality control of meals. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our meals in accordance with our HACCP and FDA standards.
Responsibilities:
Complete Pre-Op inspection form
Oversee food production and ensure all Chefs are adhering to the rules and regulations of the CU Chef agreement
Pulls up daily menu, items to be cooked per Chef and enters each component into the Cooking/Cooling Log, records time and temperature of each dish, check weights prior to start to ensure accuracy
Communicate kitchen rules to Chefs as needed- mask wearing, gloves, hairnets, proper hand-washing, cleaning of equipment, sanitizing of prep stations, etc.
Ensure all items going into walk-in are labeled appropriately (Labels must include Chef Name, Product Name and Date)
Ensure all walk-in coolers remain closed and temperature is at 41 degrees or lower

The Growth Marketing Team leads the company's efforts to acquire new eaters across a variety of channels. The role:
As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager focused on Google, you will be the primary architect of CookUnity's Google-led acquisition engine. You'll scale our presence across Google's entire performance ecosystem-including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display-driving the majority of our paid media growth. Your work will directly fuel CookUnity's customer acquisition and reactivation goals, with a focus on maintaining efficient CACs and accelerating LTV through Google's ever-evolving toolset
The leader will collaborate closely with the CRM, Performance Creative, Brand, as well as cross-functional teamwork with Product, Tech, and Design teams. Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing, this role is ideal for someone who has a data-centric mindset, thrives in high-growth, DTC environments, and is excited to build a best-in-class paid search program at the intersection of performance marketing, creative, and product.
Responsibilities: 1. Own and Execute Paid Search Growth Strategy
Serve as CookUnity's in-house Google expert-staying ahead of Google Ads product changes, Performance Max enhancements, AI integrations, and new demand gen formats.
Develop, implement, and optimize a full-funnel paid strategy across paid search, display, demand gen, performance max, and YouTube.
Evaluate the full capabilities of the Google Ads ecosystem to continuously push the boundaries of our acquisition and retargeting strategies.
Manage and scale multi-million dollar budgets while improving customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).

Act as the connective tissue between Google performance data and creative, First Impressions, and lifecycle strategies-ensuring that insights from Google Ads inform storytelling, landing page UX, and onboarding flows.
Work with Brand, Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to align strategy with the overall growth vision.
Collaborate with Creative team to drive data-driven storytelling that resonates with CookUnity's target customers.

5. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends & Advise Leadership
Monitor platform updates, policy changes, and new advertising features.
Bring innovation into CookUnity's paid search approach, identifying emerging trends, betas, and AI-driven tools that can drive efficiencies.
Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring CookUnity remains ahead of competitors.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with an emphasis on paid search within high-growth, subscription-based DTC companies.
A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns ($50MM+ annually)
Advanced experience with keyword research and writing compelling, keyword-rich title tags, meta descriptions and other copy within brand guidelines and in collaboration with multiple teams for input on high-visibility pages.
Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, and/or Mixpanel.
Outstanding degree of understanding in a marketing or tech-related subject (e.g. adtech, data science, engineering, economics, marketing, business).
Generate solutions from deconstructing problems derived from qualitative (e.g., branding, design, campaign creatives) and quantitative (e.g., performance, attribution, LTV) marketing challenges.
Experience in managing large marketing budgets at high growth companies and/or performance marketing agencies.

About the Role
We're seeking a strategic, execution-driven Project Manager to lead the launch and coordination of CookUnity's Medically Tailored Meals (MTM) programs across all markets.
This role will serve as the program integrator - orchestrating teams across Product, Culinary, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure each MTM launch is delivering an exceptional experience for both payers, members and chefs.
The Project Manager will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: from translating client and payer requirements into operational plans, through launch readiness, to post-launch optimization.
They'll act as the central hub between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, data visibility, and accountability at every stage.
This role partners closely with the Culinary Operations Lead and reports to the Head of B2B Operations, ensuring cross-functional alignment without direct production ownership
Key Responsibilities

β Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MTM launches across all CookUnity markets.

Qualifications
