9. Command Review -Once your background check is complete, our command staff will review it. Upon approval, you may be invited to a Command Interview.
10. Command Interview -You will meet and talk with the Command Staff. Upon approval, you will be extended a conditional offer of employment. At this time, you will also be scheduled for a psych evaluation and medical review.

**GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY**
A CDL Truck Driver - Lowboy is an hourly-rated skilled craft position that performs on construction projects any combination of the duties described more fully, below. A CDL Truck Driver - Lowboy's primary function is to safely load and secure equipment to be moved from one location to another. This position may also perform a wide variety of tasks, transferring from one task to another as the workflow dictates.
**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Safely operate a truck to transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
+ Secure and properly load/unload cargo onto the truck, ensuring it is properly secured and balanced.
+ Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Checking fluid levels on oil, water, fuel and inspections for leaks and damage to vehicle prior to operation, daily.
+ Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while operating the flatbed truck.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members regarding job assignments and any potential issues or delays.
**EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
+ Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.

As a Personal Trainer, you'll be more than just a coach-you'll be a motivator, mentor, and game-changer for our members.
• Lead & Energize - Coach both one-on-one and group training sessions, bringing high energy to every workout.
• Assess & Personalize - Evaluate clients' fitness levels, goals, and health history, creating tailored programs that deliver results.
• Educate & Inspire - Teach proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe, effective workouts that build strength and confidence.
• Track Progress - Monitor client performance, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate their wins.
• Create a Community - Build strong relationships with members, offering ongoing support and motivation.
What You Bring
• A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) or currently in the process of obtaining certification.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in personal training or group fitness coaching (preferred).
• A passion for helping others succeed and a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you can command a room and lead with confidence.
• A deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.

Collect/prepare non-blood specimens.
Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.

All you need is:

Previous phlebotomy training or experience

Basic computer and data entry skills
