Job Goal:
To assist in the preparation, serving, and clean-up of food in a quantity food service operation using safe and efficient food handling practices; and to provide accurate and efficient point-of-sale operations while adhering to excellence in customer service
Minimum Qualifications:

Accurately identify a reimbursable meal on the serving line, and provide monitoring and guidance to customers to be sure selections meet federal guidelines
Safely operate standard and specialized kitchen equipment, including convection/combi ovens, microwave ovens, dishwashers, air fryer ovens, food warmers, coolers, and freezers
Set up serving line with appropriate equipment, adhering to safety measures
Wash dishes and equipment according to Maricopa County Health Department guidelines
Clean work areas and dispose of garbage daily
Assist the manager in monitoring and verifying HACCP procedures, including temperature, sanitizing, and storage logs
Ensure product quality by visual inspection and adherence to cooking/serving guidelines
Respond to all internal and external customers, as it relates to the position, in a prompt, efficient, friendly, and patient manner
