This role focuses on providing counseling, behavioral support, and recovery-focused treatment to patients with substance use disorders and related behavioral health needs.

Job Duties
Provide individual and group counseling to patients recovering from substance use disorders, eating disorders, and other behavioral health conditions
Support patients in modifying maladaptive behaviors and developing coping strategies
Maintain firm, empathic boundaries while fostering a therapeutic environment
Perform CIWA and COWS assessments
Conduct and monitor urine analyses (UAs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team and support family counseling as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation in the HCS electronic medical record system

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with production and scheduling operations to execute schedules based on production needs by coordinating market animal transport and trailer wash requirements.
Establish and adjust work procedures to meet the needs of transportation, marketing, plant, and production.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions.
