This role focuses on providing counseling, behavioral support, and recovery-focused treatment to patients with substance use disorders and related behavioral health needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating weekend coverage
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Duties
Provide individual and group counseling to patients recovering from substance use disorders, eating disorders, and other behavioral health conditions
Support patients in modifying maladaptive behaviors and developing coping strategies
Maintain firm, empathic boundaries while fostering a therapeutic environment
Perform CIWA and COWS assessments
Conduct and monitor urine analyses (UAs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team and support family counseling as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation in the HCS electronic medical record system

Inpatient, voluntary substance abuse treatment facility (no restraints)
Adult population (18+)
Beds: 50 total (20 female / 30 male)

When you join ES, you don't just take a job - you help move the world forward.Position Summary - Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level IIThis role is responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using liquid penetrant methods in accordance with applicable procedures, specifications, and regulatory requirements (FARs, RSMs, SBs, ADs, etc.). You will evaluate inspection data, interpret findings, and accurately document results to ensure the highest levels of product quality, safety, and compliance.You will work under general supervision and receive technical guidance from a certified NDT Level III. This is a critical quality role that protects the integrity of our products and the safety of the aircraft that rely on them.

What You Will Do:
Perform NDT inspections, test & calibration.
Evaluate the results of all inspections performed using NDT processes to the level of certification held.
Maintain accurate records of inspection for all NDT processes.
Perform process checks/audits on all materials and equipment used in NDT.
Support and follow all rules/guidelines/standards set by EHS, Quality, and CI functions as set by your leader and position.
Over 40 hours per week as scheduled to meet business needs.
All other duties as assigned including working extended shifts/overtime as required by the business.

Qualifications We Require:
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
Associate's degree preferred.
2+ years experience in related area (Aerospace preferred)
ASNT certification preferred.
Ability to obtain internal Level II FPI and X-ray certification required.
Previous experience with braze and weld joints.
Basic understanding of detailed prints and specifications.
Basic understanding of non-destructive inspection techniques.
Basic working knowledge of shop floor equipment (setup, cleaning, operation).
Basic computer skills (Window based software, Word, Excel, etc.).
Basic math skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.

What You'll Do as a Center Store Manager
Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.

Standing
Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking
For short distances for short durations.
Surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.
Sitting
Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.

Carrying

Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24 - 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
Workers reach above 72 occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
