Develop and implement capital projects for fluorescent and LED operations.

Design product based on Voice of the Customer following Six Sigma Methodology. Lead teams from product conception to implementation at the production facility. Develop cost justification for capital projects and monitor adherence to budget. Apply new technologies and benchmark offering against competition. Provide support to manufacturing operations in new product start-up and introduction. Establish and meet cost reduction goals.

Improve knowledge of LED development and other Energy Savings technologies.

Improve knowledge of the principles and practices of energy management, targeting CEM certification in Q1 2017.
