What You Will Bring
* 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment. Scratch kitchen experience preferred

What You'll Do
* Greet all guests with hospitality and friendliness
* Ensure cleanliness of Piccolo Buco including keeping the floors clean following "Wash n Walk" procedures, cleaning surfaces, cleaning and maintaining restrooms.

What You'll Do
* Greet all Guests with hospitality; engage and answer questions about food, wine, and facilities in a friendly, helpful manner
* Maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, drink and wine menus
* Actively educate Guests on the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club; invite them to participate in the Club to expand our membership base
* Actively communicate with Servers and Service Assistants to ensure we are delivering a memorable Guest experience
* Prepare all beverages according to Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk's recipes, using proper measuring tools
* Serve alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards and legal guidelines
* Consistently increase knowledge of food and wine, and all other Cooper's Hawk products and services
* Maintain awareness and basic knowledge of retail area functions and retail products as well as how tastings are conducted, their cost, and the wines featured on the current monthly tasting
* Maintain a safe, sanitary, organized, and stocked work area
* Wash and sterilize glassware and prepare garnishes for drinks
* Complete necessary side work during non-busy hours
* Handle cash and utilize the POS system according to company standards
* Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift, or closing
* Remain behind the bar during the shift, unless replaced by a manager
* Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
* Must represent Cooper's Hawk Values
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* A minimum of 6 months of bartending experience required
* Experience in a full-service, upscale casual restaurant or an equivalent service environment preferred
* Must be comfortable actively educating our guests on the Wine Club membership program and inviting them to join.
* Excellent Interpersonal skills
* An individual who thrives in a team-based environment
* A hospitality-focused individual with a passion for guest service, wine, beer and spirits
* Experience using POS systems
* Ability to communicate clearly with Guests, Managers and Team Members

The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, able to determine priorities, and have a genuine desire to make sure restaurant standards are exceeded to provide an outstanding experience for guests. Essential Functions:
Checks over restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Maintains appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal.
Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.
Takes temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately, providing documentation on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
Puts food orders away in cooler following protocols for proper stock rotation.
Rotates stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method of stock rotation monitoring shelf life and code dates.
Maintains a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant.
Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar.
Completes daily duties to be ready to work in the kitchen during the lunch shift per restaurant if applicable.
Reports possible areas of incomplete closing to opening manager.
Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
