They keep pushing you to work harder and keep raising the hourly rate. They order raw materials in time and then mandate you to work overtime

I never worked with the current management

How would you improve Cooper Standard's culture?

Quit mandating overtime. Before the mandatories, people fought for overtime when you force people to work overtime, they are going to push back and refuse it

How did you prepare for the Cooper Standard interview?

You don’t need prep, they can’t hardly keep people as it is. People don’t want to work there because now they can make you work 90 days with no time off until you get in the union

How does your compensation at Cooper Standard compare to the industry average?

It’s good if you just want to work all of the time. When it’s really busy you can’t even use your vacation time.
