Nice wage and benefits
They keep pushing you to work harder and keep raising the hourly rate. They order raw materials in time and then mandate you to work overtime
Health benefits even though they cost more every year .
I never worked with the current management
Quit mandating overtime. Before the mandatories, people fought for overtime when you force people to work overtime, they are going to push back and refuse it
You don’t need prep, they can’t hardly keep people as it is. People don’t want to work there because now they can make you work 90 days with no time off until you get in the union
It’s good if you just want to work all of the time. When it’s really busy you can’t even use your vacation time.
Don’t care
