Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Although you will start out as a Route Sales Representative for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
Run routes for team members', experience different stores, and meet new customers
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment
We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! General Job Summary

Customer Service

Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers by name, when possible, when they are leaving the store.

Clear customer checkout lines quickly and efficiently.
Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.
Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.
Continually build product knowledge base and possess the ability to assist customers with store layout and product location.
Assist in pricing, stocking, marking and bagging of merchandise.
Register Operations
Follow all cash register transaction procedures.
Responsible for balancing of register drawer.
Adhere to any Store Support Center program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers.
Participate in store and Cashier meetings.
Front End Appearance and Upkeep
Keep the front end, including checkout areas and entrance doors neat and clean at all times. Face and dust front end.
Assist with keeping impulse counters stocked and faced, rotate fresh merchandise in as seasons change.
Ensure fresh ads are stocked in shopping carts at all times.
Ensure forms and supplies are stocked at all times.
Assist with decorating the front end according to the Store Support Center program.
Call for cart pickups when necessary.
Inform management when merchandise returns need to be put away.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Overview:
This position will support the functions of the development department under the direction of the Director of Membership and Annual Giving. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Donor and Member Stewardship:
Develop relationships with members and donors to further engage them with the Museum. Specific focus will be on those donating up to $5,000 per year, while paying attention to monthly donors.
Development Communications:
Develop content for the “Our Museum in Action” program, including the build out of project specific web pages, the development of email communications about the program, and providing content for Memories and Dreams related to the program.
Prospect Research:
Identify and provide background on new and existing donors who are making their first gift or significantly increasing their giving. This effort will be supported by a predictive modeling tool used to identify those with high probability to give and the capacity to make a major gift. Participate in regular prospect strategy meetings with the Development Team assist in tracking these efforts.
Membership Marketing:
Responsible for developing and executing membership program promotions including regular email offers, direct mail where appropriate, digital advertising and renewal offers. Work with the Manager of Membership and Visitor Services and the Manager of Data Analytics to evaluate effectiveness of these programs and to continually improve the results.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Membership and Annual Giving in planning and executing fundraising campaigns including the annual appeal.
Support the development of fundraising emails, including assisting with copy and audience selection.
Staffing of special events. Some evenings and weekends will be required.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:

Keeps the Chair and Chairs of the Curriculum and Evaluation Committee aware of compliance concerns.
Collects preceptor information from senior capstone students, maintains a record of preceptor information for regulatory purposes, records and analyzes aggregate data on preceptors. Disseminates data and/or reports as indicated.
Collects summative evaluation forms from faculty advisors for the senior capstone experience, records and analyzes aggregate program outcomes. Maintains records. Provides data to the Chair and Chair of Evaluation.
Other duties as assigned.
Participate in significant campus activities including Welcome Week, TrueBlue Weekend, and Commencement Weekend.
Comply with all applicable College, Federal, State, local and associational laws, rules and regulations.
As a representative of the College, comport oneself in a professional manner at all times, both on and off campus.
Qualifications: Minimum requirements for this position are a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university. Registered nurse in the State of New York. CPR training/ certification. Previous teaching experience/work with college students or graduate nurses is preferred.

Ability to work well as a member of an aligned professional team
Use of curricular technologies, LMS, computer skills-Microsoft, Datatel, Excel desirable
Wage range: $40.00 per hour
